Salary: 26,000 - 30,000 (depending on experience)

A long-established, award-winning multidisciplinary architectural and planning practice based in Luton is seeking an Assistant Planner / Planner to join their growing town planning team. The practice is known for delivering creative, sustainable, and innovative solutions across a wide range of sectors.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning applications, appeals, and Local Plan representations.
• Support site promotion and master planning.
• Work on a range of planning projects for an established client base.
• Gain exposure to residential, education, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a planning consultancy or related environment.
• Knowledge of the planning process, including planning applications and appeals.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Proactive, with a desire to take on responsibility and expand knowledge.
