About the Role

As a 360 Perm Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Manage both candidate and client relationships in a complete recruitment role.
• Develop and maintain client pipelines through effective business development strategies.
• Source and place candidates within our current and future client base.
• Participate in weekly one-on-one meetings with the founders to support your professional growth.
• Thrive in a collaborative, target-driven environment with clear pathways and structured targets for career progression.
• Experience in recruiting for executive search industries and/or manufacturing industries is preferred but not essential.
