gap technical are proud to be representing this market leading business in their search for a Maintenance Engineer to work at their facility near Luton.
Performance Objectives

• A permanent role, working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
• Conducting routine and reactive maintenance and repair on food processing and packging equipment.
• Fault-finding and problem-solving, particularly with systems involving PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

• Implementing improvements to enhance productivity and safety across production lines.

• Working collaboratively with a team to ensure effective handovers and continuity in a shift-based environment.We are looking for time served

Person Specification

• Multiskilled engineer competent in both areas
• Previous experince in an FMCG enviroment
• Engineers ideally trained from Apprenticeship or HNC/HND with either a FMCG, Food or Dairy industry background
